The Endocrine Glands secrete an intricate, potent series of hormones directly into the bloodstream, which stimulates & inhibits the chemical processes organizing the cellular physiological functioning of the body. Highly tuned centers in the brain oversee the secretion of hormones affecting our behavior on all levels of body, mind, and emotions.
Each major chakra is an energy center associated with a major nerve plexus and endocrine gland aligned along the vertical core of the body from the coccyx to the head. The presence of energy on a cellular level is vibratory and fluid in nature. The quality & effect of each endocrine gland is defined and assimilated into a whole-body movement and sound experience.
Using breath, voice, and movement to align the energy of the glands with movement flow and vocal resonance to create a synergistic harmonic balance throughout the entire body.
Cultivating the fluid dynamic between inner and outer focus through active listening in our breath, voice, and movement in guiding our communication and expressive choices.

Active Breath Somatic Practice is a tool for opening your potential and develops and shapes your embodiment skills to have a clearer sense of self and to make a positive contribution in your world.
